Martha M. Level

Martha M. Level passed away on November 8, 2024, at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. She was 75. Born on September 10, 1949, in Niagara Falls, New York, she was the oldest child of Gordon E. and Virginia M. (nee Hillman) Strablow.

Martha was a 1967 graduate of Wilson Central School. Following high school, she attended Wyoming County Community Hospital School of Nursing in Warsaw, NY, graduating in 1970. Martha worked as an OB/GYN maternity nurse at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, retiring in 2012 after 39 years of service. She loved to knit, making prayer shawls for Mount St. Mary's, and was known for her extravagant baking and amazing cake decorating.

Martha is survived by her dear siblings, Laverne (Elizabeth) Strablow, Lucille (Vincent) Zarbo, Margaret (Jakub) Sapiezynski, and Linda (Paul) Wzientek; 10 adored nieces and nephews; many cherished grand nieces and nephews; also survived by many cousins.

The family will be present to receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 4-7 PM at Hardison Funeral Homes, Inc., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at North Ridge Methodist Church, 3930 North Ridge Road, Lockport, at 11 AM. Family and friends are asked to please assemble at the church. Interment will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria.
