Courtney L. Rott, of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was 37.
Born on July 15, 1989 in Buffalo, New York, Courtney was the cherished daughter of Julie A. (Brown) and William C. Rott. She was a proud graduate of Summit Academy, Class of 2010.
Courtney was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a gentle, joyful spirit and found happiness in the simple, meaningful moments of life. She enjoyed animals, loved seeing babies, and treasured walks with family and friends. Long car rides, listening to music, and celebrating holidays, especially the gatherings, festivities, and fun, brought her great delight. She is survived by her devoted parents; her sisters, Justine (Steve) Kramer and Nicole Rott; and her half‑siblings, Daniel Rott, Marie Vandewart, Mark Rott, Steven (Lisa) Rott, and Anne (Tom) Miller. Courtney is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom held her close in their hearts, especially her Aunt Jackie Ritchie.
