Diane J. Banks

Diane J. Banks, of Ransomville, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Harris Hill Nursing Facility. She was 83.

Born in Tonawanda, New York, Diane was the daughter of the late Leon and Katheryn (née Namynanik) Reppentine. She was a proud graduate of Wilson High School. On October 27, 1966, she married the love of her life, Lawrence Joseph Banks, in Ransomville. They shared 56 years of marriage before his passing on March 9, 2023.

Diane worked as a line worker for Pfeiffer Foods, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, her greatest joy came from time spent with her family, especially her four grandsons, who were the light of her life.

In addition to her parents, Diane was predeceased by five siblings. She is survived by her loving daughters, Tracey (John) Malloy and Sherri (Craig) Roath; her cherished grandsons, Mason Timian, Brian Malloy, James Malloy, and Owen Timian; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 5–7 PM at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville. A private interment will take place in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria.
