LaAnna J. "June" Zimmerman, age 83, formerly of Niagara Falls died Friday, April 12, 2024 at Safire Rehabilitation of Southtowns in Buffalo after a long illness. LaAnna was born April 30, 1940 in Clay, NY, the daughter of the late Edward and LaAnna (MacDonald) Chamberlain.
She had been employed as a food analyst with her mother at the Delmonte Processing Plant in Lockport and had worked at the Gyro Cleaners in Lockport for a number of years.
LaAnna is survived by a son, James M. (Tammy) Chamberlain; a brother, Michael (AnnMarie) Chamberlain; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by six brothers, Edward "Jerry", Kenneth, Richard "Dick", Howard, Robert, and Marvin Chamberlain.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville on Thursday April 25, from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 pm. Funeral services will be private. Please visit www.hardisonfuneralhomes.com for online condolences.
