Mark B. Nicklas

On February 13, 2026, Mark Nicklas, 75, took his final breath after a lengthy struggle with multiple health issues.

Mark was predeceased by his son, Mikael Nicklas and survived by his former wife Eva Nicklas and their children Leif Nicklas (Lola Thornton), Lena Nicklas (Patty Trevino). He also leaves behind many dear friends and family.

Mark was a kind, generous, hard working father and a talented musician. He was most happy when making music, playing guitar with his many musical friends and all singing together in glorious 3 part harmonies.

He was well read and a serious student of Buddhist philosophy and religion and was affectionally known by his dearest friends as ‘Markananda’.He will be remembered with love and missed by many. We are grateful knowing he is at peace…
