Nancy A. Howes

Nancy A. Howes, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Williamsville Suburban Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was 74.

Born on February 9, 1952, in Tonawanda, NY, Nancy was the daughter of the late Edward and Geraldine (Lacey) Noble. She was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School. For many years, Nancy drove bus for the former Ransomville Bus Lines, a job she took pride in and one that allowed her to connect with countless families throughout the community.

Nancy found joy in life’s simple, peaceful moments, reading, sitting outside, and taking in the beauty of nature around her. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her loving daughter, Sandy Howes; her longtime companion, Donald Quarantillo; and their beloved dog, “Buddy.”

She is survived by her loving daughter, Dawn D’Antuono; her cherished grandchildren, Chelsea, Joseph Jr., and Blake D’Antuono; and her caring brother, Robert (Cheryl) Noble. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Arrangements entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 401 Ridge Street, Lewiston. A Celebration of Life will be announced by the family at a later date.
