Patricia D. Garske

On July 8, 2021, Patricia Diane Garske (Benedict) passed away peacefully at Edgewater Heath and Rehabilitation / VITAS Hospice Home in Mount Dora, FL. She was 79. One of her sons and husband were at her side. Born 6/12/1942 to Neva and Harold Benedict of Ransomville, NY – predeceased. Also predeceased by Brother Douglas (Vicki) Benedict, Medina NY. Survived by Husband William James Garske Sr, Leesburg, FL. Also survived by 2 sons, Kenneth Bottrell, Kissimmee, FL and Cristian Michaels, Ft Lauderdale, FL. also a brother Ronald Benedict. After high school graduation in 1960, Pat became an airline stewardess, spent 10 years overseas as a test proctor for the United States Air Force, and a registrar. Back in the states, she was a homemaker, worked as a cashier at Winn Dixie, and a work camper / campground host with husband at Ridgecrest Resort in Leesburg, FL. We will forever miss her beautiful smile. Consider memorials to National Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Assoc.
