Robert E. Banks, age 46 of Niagara Falls NY, died unexpectedly on Wednesday October 30, 2013. Robert was born January 9, 1967 in Lewiston, NY, the son of Ernest R. Banks of California and Sharon Ann (Scott) Banks of Dayton, OH. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Cassandra Banks and Robert E. Banks, II; and a sister, Kathy Shiverdecker. Services were private at the convenience of the family.
