Roger David Wiepert, 64, of Ransomville, NY, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Born in Ransomville, he was the son of the late Gerald C. and Beverly “Boots” (Sawyer) Wiepert.
Roger devoted 35 years of dedicated service as a chemical operator with Twin Lakes. He embraced life with enthusiasm, snowmobiling through winter trails, enjoyed NASCAR races, enjoying a good barbeque, and cooking for friends and family. His greatest joy came from time spent with his children and attending his grandchildren’s extra curriculum activities.
In addition to his parents, Roger was predeceased by his brother, Gerald R. Wiepert, Sr., and his brother‑in‑law, John Laughlan.
He is survived by his loving children, Danielle Wiepert and Bradley (Ashley) Wiepert; cherished grandchildren, Cameron, SPC. Zander Terhune, US Army, Teagan Skiver, Tony, and Jacob Wiepert; caring siblings, Nancy Laughlan and Michael “Mickey” (Kris) Wiepert; dear sister-in-law, Joyce Wiepert and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY 14131. Services will be announced at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
If desired, memorials may be made in Roger’s honor to Ransomville Volunteer Fire Company or Ransomville Ambulance Fund.
