Wendy L. Wood, of Youngstown, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the age of 75.
Born in Niagara Falls, NY, Wendy was the cherished daughter of the late Harry and Euphemia (Clark) Wood. A proud graduate of Lewiston-Porter High School, Class of 1968, she pursued her passion for education, earning her Bachelor's degree from Oswego College in 1971 and later her Master's from Buffalo State.

She was an avid reader, a skilled knitter, and a devoted genealogist. Her days were often filled with laughter and companionship at the Lewiston Senior Center, where she shared deep friendships and warm memories.
Above all, Wendy treasured her family. She especially adored her granddaughter, Savannah, with whom she shared a special bond. Wendy’s gentle spirit, wisdom, and unwavering love will be deeply missed.
