William C. Cramer, Jr.

William C. “Bill” Cramer, Jr., of Ransomville, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2025, surrounded by his loving family and under the compassionate care of Niagara Hospice. He was 61.

Born in Niagara Falls, NY, Bill was the beloved son of Emily L. (née Baptiste) and the late William C. Cramer, Sr. A proud graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School, he went on to build a respected career as an iron worker, retiring after 30 plus years of dedicated service with the Iron Workers Union Local 9.

Bill was a man who found joy in the outdoors, whether hunting in the woods or fishing along quiet streams, he embraced nature with gratitude and ease. Above all, he treasured time spent with his family, especially his beloved son, Keeydon. Known for his warmth, good humor, and generous spirit, Bill was a joy to be around and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, Bill was predeceased by his brother, Michael Allen Cramer, and his niece, Grace Lynn Plotner. He is survived by his devoted mother, Emily L. Cramer; loving son Keeydon Cramer; caring siblings, Mary Lynn Plotner, Russell Stewart, and Robert Aaron Cramer; dear nieces, Sarah and Elizabeth; and long time dear friends Kristy Patterson.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 3-7 PM at the HARDISON FUNERALHOMES, INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Tuscarora Baptist Church, 2088 Mt. Hope Road, Sanborn, with Rev. Walter Printup officiating. All are kindly asked to assemble at the church. Interment will follow in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill’s honor to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
